Halo 5 issue authorising account to servers and profile sync issue

I'm getting the profile sync error message and Ive hard reset my Xbox and cleared the MAC address and reset the Xbox factory settings and deleted my Xbox profiles and put them back on and tried 2 different internets and deleted and reinstalled the game and
nothing worked

Battlefield 1 and rainbow six siege works fine online

The issue is isolated to halo 5 but other people are able to play

I could play the game last week fine

Please help

Hi!

Try to delete only local data ("Delete from console"
option) and restart the game. In this way the Cloud saves will be synchronized again.

Hi there, Severe punisher. We recommend temporarily
removing your profile (please ensure you remember your login details before this step),

power cycling your Xbox One console, and then re-adding your profile by signing back into your account.

Once that is complete, try re-launching Halo 5: Guardians and entering Multiplayer.

You should see an in-game message regarding syncing your Xbox account with the Halo servers. Please be careful to wait for that to fully complete.

Did that help you reconnect to the Halo 5 Multiplayer services?

 

Ive already tried that Mister cazador as I stated in original message

All my other games where able to sync game data but halo 5 won't sync

For some reason I'm unable to access the halowaypoint website too no matter if its on my Xbox browser or on my phone or on a friends phone
