    I have not received the Voices of War req from watching the HCS Finals yet. Is there a slight delay in the issuing of those codes, or should I expect one soon?

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?
