Halo 5: Guardians, Voices of War REQ pack MixPot

Hello, I believe I didn't receive my MixPot for watching the Halo World Championship series on Mixer as it was promised. What can I do about it? Thank you for the help in advance.

I've yet to receive my Halo 5: Guardians Classic Helmet REQ Pack Mixpot reward for watching E3 on Mixer.

 

Never recieved Mixpots

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Reward from the Halo stream. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched the stream with. Check your
Microsoft Commerce page for the Halo 5: Guardians - Voices of War REQ Pack and enjoy!

If you check your
Order History when signed into your account and see the Halo 5 Guardians- Voices of War REQ Pack, that means it was applied to your account.

If it's not already installed, you can install it by going to My Games & Apps>Halo 5: Guardians>Manage Content>Ready to Install.

 

I found it in my order history and redeemed it. Everything is fine now. Thank you very much.
