Halo 5 guardians multiplayer

I have this problem with halo 5 multiplayer because each time I try to join a match it makes me wait for ages then it kicks me and says unable to join and I have tried unistalling the game but it doesn't work. I've had this glitch for around 2 months now
so any help would be greatly appreciated.

what type of nat do you have? that's what may be causing the problem.

if it does not drop you into a game and kick you that could mean one of 2 things. You network connection is lacking a setting, more than likely your UPNP(universal plug n play) which helps you play games with other people, or your storage more than likely
has a corrupt save file in that game.

UPNP not working

I would try rebooting your network for 5 minutes no less by unplugging your router and modem.

If this doesn't work I would try the corrupt file trouble shooting.

Settings> System> Storage> Clear local saved games

You HAVE to have live to do this or your saves wont come back. With gold your online cloud backs up your storage when your console restarts it will re sync your saves by itself.

 

I would run the network tests, to make sure the NAT is good.

 

Try clearing cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .
