    Halo 5: Guardians issues with opening REQ PACKS


    Hi, this is what happenned to me:

    1.- About 3-4 weeks ago I ranked up to SR-80 in the game, so I "got" a REQ PACK containing the Fireteam Osiris emblem, but when I went to the "Open packs" section it wasn't there, so I never opened it or unlocked that emblem. I am SR-84 now and the corresponding
    packs for ranking up did show up in the corresponding section and were opened without problems.

    2.- Yesterday I spent 5000 REQ POINTS to buy a Silver Pack and during the opening process a message appeared on screen telling me that there was a problem while trying to open it and that I should go to the "Open packs" section to try it again. That was
    what I did right after and when I selected the silver pack to open it another message appeared telling me that I had already opened and nothing happenned.

    Both issues are so annoying and I have posted in the Halo 5 support forums on halowaypoint.com but anyone answered me. Please, is anyone here willing to help me solve these problems? Thanks in advance.

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    You can check to see if there are any unopened REQ packs on
    Halo Waypoint    . If there are no additional packs there, and you're sure you only opened 7, the next best place to go is the

    Halo REQ Support page     for help locating REQ packs. If this is in regards to the Warzone REQ Bundle, which is included with the Deluxe Edition, you will want to check the 'Ready to install' portion of Halo 5's 'Manage game' screen to install the REQ bundle.
