Halo 5: Guardians Crashing on Launch / MCC missions not loading

So I just bought the halo edition xbox one. I installed halo 5 digital deluxe. Whenever I launch the game it kicks me back to the dashboard within a few seconds. My NAT is open, i've done a cold reset, unplugged from the wall, deleted alt mac addresses,
removed persistent data under the bluray setting, the console is wired, I've removed my account in added it back, I've tried reinstalling everything 3 different times, tried launching the game from the store, and all of the network connections say everything
is fine. I also have the master chief collection. The game installed and launched but won't load missions. The load bar will fill up but won't start the mission. I'm at my wit's end here. I'd really hate to have wasted all the money and my time trying to get
this thing to work. [Mod Removed] for the xbox team.

Xbox One Design bundle with the Master Chief Collection?

I think if there was going to be a Halo bundle. It would be when Halo 5: Guardians actually releases. Not with the MCC

 

Achievement/Rewards

I got the “Legend” Achievement in Halo MCC, and the reward from it hasn’t shown up in Halo 5 Guardians.

Are you able to try a Factory Reset on the console to see if that helps?

 

Well, since i just got it out of the box I would have assumed it was at factory defaults already. It also won't let me edit that post to remove the number.

 

The factory reset did not work. I guess I will have to send this hunk of *** back to microsoft...

 

If you just purchaed the console have you considered returning it to the store for an exchange?
