halo 5 guardians controller setup

Hey guys i've seen the halo 5 control setup from the beta, and i have a couple of ideas for some enhancements. These would simply feel a little bit more familiar to a halo player, and would allow for the adaptable sniper scope that we all know and love.
So here are my ideas, i trust that you can figure out my code thing for typing the buttons out in a text scenario, they're not too hard to figure out. NOTE: I have not played the beta but i have seen the controller layout at the end of a trailer, and am basing
this off of that. Now to get started

So in the beta we see, (LS) = Move/sprint (RS) = look/crouch/ground pound when in air, (A) jump/clamber, (B) Thruster pack, (X) Reload/ Action (Y) Switch weapons, [LT] Smart Scope, [RT] Shoot, [RB] Melee, [LB] grenade, and dpad is cycle grenade. I believe
that this is all correct, if not, feel free to correct my ignorance.

I infact think that i would like this to some degree but some might not. So here is a solution to possibly make this game more like the halo we know, and allow for our snap scope, like I said earlier. (I may have coined that term, i'm not sure. But it would
seem a suitable name.)

(LS) move/sprint, (RS) look/snap scope, (A) jump/clamber, (B) crouch/ground pound when in air, (Y) switch weapons, (X) action/reload, [LT] Smart Scope, [RT] shoot, [LB] grenade, [RB] Melee/ spartan charge, Dpad left and right switch grenades, and Dpad up
or down for thruster pack.

Now the way I see it, your thumb would be away from your (RS) anyway for the thruster pack, so if we just move it somewhere else that would take up your right thumb, then i don't see much difference in how this mechanic works. Also then, if you aim the ground
pound with (RS) then you would have to move that control to (LS). you could also swap the up and down on the Dpad, with left and right. I personally think that this setup should work pretty well for old fans and for the snap scope to come back, then snap scope
would be able to be cancelled by being shot, like the smart scope is now, but once we get our snap scope we should be able to be shot without dropping our smart scope.

The beta allows for different pre-set controller configurations, much like previous Halos.

 

I figured that it would, but it still doesn't allow for the old scope, which on the sniper rifle had 2 different zoom distances. this is all that i posted this for really. but thanks for letting me know.

 

I'd be happy if they swapped the LB (thruster) with X (run) on the Recon config. The X button on my controller is already broke - since I bought it for the MCC. The quality this time around is pathetic.
