Halo 5 guardians console code for Resolute Visor

Hey there. I preordered/purchased the Halo 5 guardians console bundle from Gamestop. It came with the code that gave me the game, the warzone REQ bundle, the fall of reach movie, the FOTUS armor, and everything else listed except for the Resolute Visor.
On the webpage
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/halo-5-guardians under the section custom wireless controller it says "The Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians controller featuring a unique laser-etched design, metallic blue accents, military insignias, and a
bonus REQ Pack including the Resolute visor." I never got said REQ pack. I asked a salesperson at gamestop where i made the purchase and they said i should contact microsoft on this issue. I did a live chat and was directed to post here. I'm hoping someone
here can assist me with this issue and get me a code to redeem on Xbox Live to get this missing REQ. Thanks!

The Resolute Visor is a code that is included with the controller not the console bundle. Luckily all content can be unlocked in-game without a code, it just might take longer

 

if thats the case then why does the webpage for the console say under contents and features say this:

this is on the official microsoft webpage located at

i feel like this is false advertisement

That code is included with the controller, but only when purchased separately. The controller included with the Limited Edition console is considered different than the individually packaged controllers. I definitely understand the confusion with the verbiage
on that page, apologies for that!

 

well, i think you should get someone on changing that. thats a big letdown. the chat advisor i had talked to said i could get a code if i posted here. oh well looks like that wont be happening.
