Halo 5: Guardians Announced For 2015 this is open i think..

 

Hopefully no more Master Chief.

He is cool but getting old.

 

No more Chief? How can they possibly kill off the Chief? I guess Halo Reach didn't feature the Chief but how well did that go for Bungie?

 

They need to breath new life into the series obviously but taking the Chief out is not the answer. I am really looking forward to seeing how the Chief is handling the death of Cortana and his position within the UNSC. What I would suggest is just allowing
another playable character like they did in Halo 2 with the Arbiter. Perhaps within the Forerunners this time though. But still need to keep the Covenant involved in the story too.

Look at him I mean you can´t make him look any better.

I mean the helmet stays as square as it is.

The can do way better today.

Maybe if they give him a new amor but then people complain.

And even the Chief get old one day.

Don´t get me wrong he´s awesome but common I wanna have a cool kinda villain like spartan.

How many times does The Chief need to save Cortana?

He tried to saved her in Halo 4 why would he do the same again?

That´s kinda boring don´t you think?

The Master Chief stays a legend that won´t change but it´s time for a new one.

New console new Spartan.

 

Not going to happen. They are bringing out the MCC to try and make the younger generation have some appreciation for the Chief. Halo 5 will still feature the Chief like it or not.

Not by simply getting rid of MC. The entire Halo series has been centered around him since its inception. Simply cutting him out and leaving everything that's happened
to him and Cortana (even if she never returns) hanging would be suicide for the series at this time. There would be outrage.

The easy answer to this would be to give the MP options of customizable armor to the SP campaign. Allow each gamer to choose his/her own configuration to his/her own MC. Would
even make the game feel more personalized.

'One day' perhaps. But then again... The Librarian did alter his genetic makeup in order to give him the ability to defeat the Didact. Nobody knows for sure what that alteration
did... and look how long the Didact has been living. Age is only relevant to the scope of the science available in the story.

From the looks of some trailers (agent Locke), that opportunity may happen, but it will likely be much like Halo 2. Some time played as Locke, most played as MC.

How many times does The Chief need to save Cortana?

From the ending scene in Halo 4, it's obvious that MC and Cortana had a deep (even if complicated) relationship... after all they had worked together for ~8 years. He even stated
it was "his job" to protect her. If he is the Spartan we've all come to know and love... he will do it as many times as it takes.

Already answered above. If it's a possibility, there's no doubt he will do everything possible to save her.

No, actually I don't.

Not yet it isn't. I suppose there is the possibility that, at some point in time, there will be a transfer to a new playable character. But at best, it will likely be a very slow
transition so that the die hard MC fans won't be outraged (and IMO, rightfully so).

In one sentence, you admit that "people complain" just because they consider changing his armor. Yet you say 'New console new Spartan'? I doubt it... in fact, I hope not for awhile.
