    today halo 5 stoped working saying: unable to reach halo 5 servers or something like that backstory: I was playing forge building a small armory after 2 hours I finished it and left to play war zone firefight as i tried connecting an error similar as I said before showed up and when I went to the Spartan hub nothing just RETRIEVING DATA and when I was sitting in the menus I noticed I was lvl 1 I’m lvl 120 I’ve tried resetting my WiFi my Xbox but nothing. Anything will help and thanks

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    This can be easily fixed by performing a powercycle on your console. Here you go:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Why isn't Halo 5 in Play Anywhere?

    Halo 5 Forge is quite different from the Halo 5 game that is on console. There has been no talk on if Halo 5 will come to PC or be a play anywhere title.
