    halo 5 will not start up

    i downloaded halo 5 with gamepass and when i go to load it up it dashboards me back to home.

    When I try to download halo 5 in the games that are free in gamepass, it does not download it, it says "in progress" and stays like this for hours, what do I do to download it?
