Halo 5 freezes every 2 minutes for about 2 seconds

Hi all,

I have a new xbox one s and installed Halo 5: Guardians from disc. No matter if i Play campaign or Multiplayer or even in menu, the screen freezes every 2 minutes for like 2-3 seconds. Its really difficult to enjoy the game like this. Already tried to deinstall
an reinstall the Game but it didn't help

Anybody with the same problem or even a solution to it?!

My xbox keeps freezing and saying "For some reason, it's taking too long to start"

I've been stuck on the home page for over 5 minutes, then it'll work for 2 seconds, and then freeze again. Even when I try entering my Settings, it freezes midway and I can't do anything. Help??

All Saves Crash after DLC download

Also might be worth while noting that it would take about 15-20 seconds on average when loading saved games prior to downloading any DLCs. And now its about every 15-20 seconds it hiccups until it finally entirely freezes the console(no popup when you hit
the home button) after about 1-2 minutes of this infini-loading screen

Hmm. How is your Xbox One connected to your internet? Is it via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi? If it's via Wi-Fi, can you connect it via Ethernet to see if that helps the issue? Do you have the same issue in any other games?

Afaik DS-lite but everything is IPv4 so..that is not the issue

and i would apreciate to get something tangible from official side. Because the whole time "try this" then "try that" and then again "try..." ect.

@Rozilla: already done that..the line is as good as new. They see also that i get disconnected very few minutes. So the problem is with me or with live..

and surprisingly i have no files about my xbox connecting with the internet and disconnecting ...duh!?
