    Halo 5 - Exclusive Content - 25 character redeemable Code


    I am curious if there is a way to get a refund on exclusive content relating to Halo 5.

    The issue is I redeemed a few codes on this account, as opposed to my main, Slamarack. The dauntless visor, that came with the chief xbox one remote, and armor set that came with the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition Xbox One are the ones
    I am asking about in particular. Foolishly I created this account thinking it was my mains e-mail and redeemed these two codes.

    What I am asking is there a way to receive new codes for this as I am not going to continue Halo 5 on my alternate account, or a way to merge the two accounts?

    I have access to both accounts and e-mails if that helps for security purposes.

    I called microsoft and the representative gave me a "tough bananas" response. I was hoping to contact 343 support but to my knowledge there is no such phone number!

    Season Pass code doesn’t work.

    Do your codes have 25 characters (5 x 5 code)? If not then you may need to redeem elsewhere (possibly even from within the game menu) as Xbox can only redeem 25 character codes.

    If it was a bundle with a 3 month code, you should have gotten a card in the box with a 25 character code on it.

    Use that 25 character code to redeem your membership.

    If the code is not a 25 character code, then it cannot be redeemed on Xbox. You would need to redeem the code on the Fastcard website.
