    Halo 5 - Can't find my pre-order bonus armor and skins

    Hello,

    I redeemed my Gamestop pre-order code through xbox.com on October 26th, which should give me access to "the GameStop Exclusive Rampant Visor and Emblem Pack, the Sentinel Battle Rifle with Laser Targeter and the Bloodthirst Battle Rifle Weapon Skin
    and the GameStop Pre-order Exclusive Spartan Locke armor set Helmet and Armor DLC for Multiplayer!"

    I just finished installing Halo 5 and I am looking at the customization options, but I don't see any of the above. What should I do? I have tried looking under My Games and Apps, under Halo 5, but I don't see anything there about this.

    Hello everyone HALO 5 EXCLUSIVE ARMOR IS WHERE? :)

    I love the Spartan armor design from Halo Reach. Halo 4 Spartan Ops armor looks "okay". After seeing the Spartan armor design for Halo 5 Guardians, It is super slim and I don't really like it HALO 5 EXCLUSIVE ARMOR IS WHERE? :(

    Can you clarify which exclusive armor you're referring to? If you're asking about the armor unlocked through playing Halo: MCC it should show up as a REQ pack in Halo 5. It might take a bit after you start playing but keep an eye out HALO 5 EXCLUSIVE ARMOR IS WHERE? :)

    Also, be sure to check out
    Halo Waypoint     to customize your spartan as well!

    Ahh, thanks for clarifying!

    It looks like that armor is unlocked if you play the game before November 7th. If you've already been playing let's wait until after the required play period ends and keep an eye out. You should receive the armor via a REQ pack.

    ok I still have a question I got the armor some time ago but not the helmet so will I jst receive the helmet?

    You should get the helmet in a REQ packs as well.

    Hey it's the 9th and I haven't received the November 7th armor either. I've been waiting but if haven't got it by now I'm thinking it's not coming. I have been playing since the midnight release. Is there anything I can do? Please help!
