Halo 5 Downloadable game/Physical Game Disk from Gamestop Limited Edition Bundle

I purchased the $500 Limited Edition Halo 5 console which only has downloadable copy of the game what steps need to be done for physical disk instead and are we able to redeem our digital one while we are waiting for physical disc?

Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc

I just picked up my limited edition Halo 5 Xbox One today, and I know that the console comes with a downloadable version of the game, but if I wanted a physical copy of it rather than the digital version, who would I contact and how?

 

You would have to buy the disk seperately

Most games with consoles are dlc only

 

The one I purchased though comes with Full Game just as downloadable code but we were told we could contact Microsoft to get physical disk

 

^^ I think that only pertains if you ordered through the MS Store. You purchased it from Gamestop.

(Why don't people want a digital copy?? It's soooo much easier to deal with.)

 

Well no it only applies to the 250 dollar collectors edition disks which are 250 bucks band came with the code and physsical guardian statue

Limited edition consoles only come with the 100 dollar limited edition games which came with a physical disk if bought seperately

The limited collectors edition is thenonlg one that can be exchanged andnthenobky one announced

 

If gamestop told you otherwise read the actal announcement ms and 343 was clear that only collectors would be able to exchange
