    halo 5 download problems


    i downloaded the game 4 days a go and it was fine at 46.1gb but now it says 0gb, whats up with that? and i dont see the update anywhere. i have a friend that had the same problem but today it fixed alone. he check and it says 54gb

    issue downloading Halo 3

    I am having problems downloading halo 3 for free with the gold member promotion after i start the download it automatically says cannot download Halo 3

    can someone please figure out why it will not download this game I did not hav problems with and other free games for gold games

    Nevermind. I think I found a way around it by deleting Halo 5. It seems I've downloaded the wrong version which caused problems when downloading the day one patch. I'm now reloading Halo 5 and everything seems to be working fine.

    I just upgraded to the Halo 5 console and am having the same problem. Except Halo 5 downloaded fine for me. The problem is whenever I try to download the Master Chief Collection it can't get passed 30% because it keeps stopping. When I resume the installation
    it just stops within a few seconds.

    I uninstalled it and am currently downloading it again. It's at 6% right now.

    EXTREMELY Slow Download Speeds

    If your problem has only been with Halo 5, I would imagine it isn't your internet, it is probably the server. It is probably just slowing down because everyone is pre-loading Halo 5 getting ready for the release.

    I would suggest try downloading other games and see if you still have this problem.

    I am also having this problem. I'm sure it will be cleared up in early tomorrow. Launch hour downloads can cause havoc. I know Halo 5 was a nightmare for a lot of digital download owners.
