    On Tuesday, I did the swap for the disc with a rep like they said to do. However afterwards, I found out that the shipping address was wrong only because the state was put incorrectly by the representative. I went online with another representative and they
    claimed to fix the issue, but hours later the issue remained. I got on board with yet another rep and they were the most helpful by far, or appeared to be. The third one said she will email me when she gets tracking information and for me to contact FedEx
    about my issue as well. I haven't heard from either yet (that was yesterday so I know it's possible that some waiting is still required), but I wanted to know if this will be a big issue or if because the address she put in doesn't exist with that state if
    it will still be shipped to the correct one assuming the shipping company fixes the error?

  3. Halo 5 Console code exchange???

    Hello

    The support page on this matter only states the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, but since you do have to contact official support for it you can always ask them if the code from the console is valid for this exchange as well. Just be aware
    that you will only get the disc, you won't get it in a case because the case itself is supplied in the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.

    really sorry to hear about the mixup in addresses! It sounds like you've reached out to the correct teams and they're currently looking into it. It may take a little bit of time to hear back, but keep an eye out for communication in regards to the support

  5. None of them really helped me except for the last person I was on the phone with who told me in their system my address had the correct state and will send a follow up email on Monday. The other reps were more or less lying to me in a sense so it's hard
    to believe anything Xbox Representatives tell me anymore.

    Hello,

    I doubt very seriously that the agent purposely lied to you. Xbox Support agents are human as well and do make mistakes. You will need to go ahead and just keep an eye on your email because FedEx will simply tell you that the shipper will need to update
    the address. Please get the tracking number and look up the information yourself to see what address it is being shipped to.

  7. I've been trying to get the tracking number and none of them can give me one. None of them can seem to email me anything I need. No one has been able to help me because I keep getting told it's fixed when it isn't and I had to play phone tag yesterday as
    an xbox support member had me wait a whole hour just to tell me to contact microsoft sales who said they can't do anything because it's nothing related to microsoft who then directed me back to xbox support and told me that it's already using my state when
    it's not on the website they keep telling me to use. Why does customer support for anything require the customer to do more than they should have to?

    I've also been seeing people get their emails for the extra code for the req pack and fall of reach trailer that the disc wouldn't be able to install, but I haven't gotten that either.
