    I swapped my digital code for halo 5 on Tuesday afternoon through live chat with customer service, but have not received any sort of verification email and my account shows no orders. I was given an order number which returns no results, and can find no
    history of the chat or processing. I'm just worried something got messed up as I've always received at least an email confirming the information. I want to make sure I'm going to be able to actually play the game on Tuesday as I was assured it would take no
    longer then 5 days.

    The support page on this matter only states the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, but since you do have to contact official support for it you can always ask them if the code from the console is valid for this exchange as well. Just be aware
    that you will only get the disc, you won't get it in a case because the case itself is supplied in the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.

    Not recieving code after switching digital copy for physical copy of Halo 5 Limited Edition

    Hey August,

    The animated series was not a code that was sent out to customers who traded their Halo 5 digital codes to receive the disc, nor do we have access to additional Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated Series codes to provide. Since the Halo 5: Guardians
    Limited Collector’s Edition Disc Exchange Program ended November 1, 2015;
    we are unfortunately unable to further assist with this program.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.

    I called FedEx and they told me they don't have the item and that the shipping label was created today.

  5. Did you get a fed ex tracking number? I havnt even received a "thanks for contacting us, please take a survey" email. Getting really worried, was told I'd have it at latest by today, would of kept the digital copy otherwise so I can play at midnight.

  6. The only reason I even bought an Xbox one was because of Halo, wouldn't have bothered and just stuck with my ps4 if I knew they still don't got it together. Spending $500 on a $350 console with new sounds was bad enough, now I won't even have the game by
    launch. Why didn't they just pack a real disc in that steel book case. Rediculous.

    I can't believe there is nothing they can do, they should let us buy a copy off of the Xbox store and refund us our money for it. Very disappointed in Microsoft, Xbox and everyone involved. I'm so discusted I'm thinking of never buying another one of their

    @Remitting FedEx couldn't give me one because they didn't have the item at the time to track. At this point I'm steering clear from anything digital that MS ever wants to have me buy again.

  9. My disc was received this afternoon, I still don't understand why they didn't just tell me that in the beginning.

    Also anyone who did a swap, the req bundle and fall of reach will not be with the disc. Contact customer support over live chat or the phone and the codes will be emailed to you
