    Xbox app wont open.

    Hi,

    There are several reasons why Windows Store, Xbox App, Halo 5 Forge or Halo wars 2 will crash on start up. Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps yet?

    Halo 5 crashes

    Are you part of the insider program? Maybe that's what support was talking about.

    Also, try restarting your game and then your xbox. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Halo 5, that may help

    Xbox one side menu will not open

    Now that I think about it, it's probably a problem with halo 5. I couldn't access the side menu or even go to the home screen while playing but halo 5 just crashed and all of a sudden it works again.

    hell if you tried to play halo 5 on the 360 the game would probably crash due to the limitations of the 360.
