Halo 5 Crashes After Update

I played Halo 5 most of the night last night. This morning it told me I have to update it in order to play it. The update was over 6GB. After I updated it, every time I try to resume my solo campaign it crashes and goes to the main Xbox One screen. If I
load a saved game, it runs until I die, then it closes and goes to the main Xbox One screen. Any help would be appreciated, I'm on level 11 where the team is trying to get to the Guardian before it leaves. Thanks!

Bad News 1st August happen Titanfall problem

i go load titanfall ready happen freeze black screen, i try again lpad that after crash back home xbox. i think update wrong loseroblemm crash too.

fix update titanfall freeze and crash problem remove. need old back update 3 before.

why everyday each change challage dairly happen that might.

i was 5 times titanfall go happen crash **** up server fix Respawn.

 

"Stale load" of Dead Rising 3 crashes.

After a month and one 5 GB update, DR3 will still crash after a "stale load" is used to resume play. (Note: Uninstalled it, and reinstalled.)

 

I am having the same issues half way into mission 15 on legendary.... Very annoyed about the update

 

same here, playing solo campaign on legendary after latest update.

 

Me too....I was playing solo Legendary on Mission 8. After the update, every time I die the game crashes to the Xbox Dashboard. I can't resume my mission or it does the same thing. One time, I got it to work by loading a previous save - now that doesn't
even work. This is so frustrating!

 

KungFungSki that's exactly, step by step, what happens to mine. How do we get somebody from Microsoft to respond?

 

Hello Everyone, Can all of you hold down the power button until the console shuts off, keep your finger on the button the whole time. Then unplug it from the wall, wait 30 seconds and then power on. When the console starts, we want to see the green Xbox
logo load screen/

 

I did this and it came up with the Xbox One logo and did something for about 30 seconds. I got into Halo 5 and resumed my game, after it said "Deploying ..." and counted down from 5 it reverted back to the Xbox One Dashboard.

 

Same for me. Did anyone try to re-install the game?

 

@VoicingPanic945 I just uninstalled and reinstalled it. Took 4 hours. Still the same issue.

 

All of you should Power Cycle your consoles! (10 seconds held down Powrt) and release!

 

I have done this twice already (see above).

 

I'm experiencing the same problem. After yesterdays halo (11/18/15) update I've notice the following:

Restarts, complete shutdowns, playing another game and return back to Halo don't seem to work.

I'm on mission 13, I own the xbox one Halo edition console, thus I have a digital copy of halo 5. I want a real solution and not a "simple power down the console and clear the cache".

Could someone please help?
