Halo 5 code trade in program

Here is what mine said finally on Sunday around 6 PM ET.

Order number: SR# 1309xxxxxx

Status: Accessory shipped to customer

It is now 11 AM, UPS, FedEx and USPS - all have made their deliveries for today at work and no disc was received. I contacted MS about this yesterday, so they can give me a tracking number. They told me they couldn't because one wasn't loaded in the system
for them to see. So I have no idea where this disc is and neither does support.

Tomorrow if not delivered they will likely say, to wait a few more days and if it still hasn't arrived, to call back. I hate to think the worst - but is they had a tracking number on these, which we know there definitely is, issues like this can be avoided.
Appears I wont' have the disc after paying $250 on release day - very sad!

I don't think anyone has gotten theirs yet. Apparently everyone waited until today to ship so most people have just been kinda bent over for paying extra to collect.

Game finally did arrive arrive - a 2nd FedEx truck delivered the game.

Just the game - had to contact Microsoft support and speak to an agent to have them send me the codes for -

Warzone REQ Bundle (14 Premium Requisition packs) + Halo: The Fall of Reach (Animated Series

because these codes didn't come in the sealed green game box - only the disc was in the box.

The animated series was not a code that was sent out to customers who traded their Halo 5 digital codes to receive the disc, nor do we have access to additional Halo: The Fall of Reach Animated Series codes to provide. Since the Halo 5: Guardians
Limited Collector’s Edition Disc Exchange Program ended November 1, 2015;
we are unfortunately unable to further assist with this program.

Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.
