Halo 5 code no game

The code is received by Xbox live but no download can anyone help this is my 1st time.

Xbox live gold Halo 5 14 day code.

Hey, I have bought Halo 5 and in the game there is a tab that say Xbox Live Gold Code. When I click it it redirects me to a site where there is no code. Here is the site:

Same With Me. I played Halo 5 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection But No Code.

Sorry to hear it. If you received the code via Xbox Live then there would have been a Download button in the message on the console. Did you click it? Are you able to head to the Store to start the Install from the game itself?

Same, games recently downloaded on Ultimate Game Pass aren't working for me (Halo 5, Halo MCC, Hue, PES2019) with that same error code, but older downloaded games are working.

Same here, I think it's based on if you played halo games on release date then you get code last. As friend played halo 5 on 13Sep and got his code on 18th.
