    Halo 5 Cloud Save lost


    Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help please. My online cloud save has disappeared and I am unable to access the game. Have spoken to someone in chat, Case number
    [mod removed] and they suggested I try here. A glitched 2016 save which I know nothing about has apparently overwritten my real 2015 save so I tried to delete the glitched one from my console in order to retrieve my cloud 2015 save, now I have
    no save at all. I cannot access any online functions. Please help.

    To clarify, after you deleted the save, did you start a new file and save with that? If the previous save was overwritten, unfortunately there isn't a way to retrieve it. Can you clarify what happens when you try to connect to Xbox Live?

    Cloud Saved Games - No Items found!!!

    I've spend some time with support on the phone, only conclusion is that maybe my HDD has a problem and needs reformat, I hate those solutions but has to be done :(

    Halo 3 save 100% lost though, this is only to make sure it won't be happening to the rest of my saves on cloud, will post here if this fixes the problem. Should have never trusted Cloud Saves in the first place :(

    Recently my Monster Hunter World: Iceborne save data failed to load from the Cloud Save. Is there a way I can recover my lost data so that I won't have to start all over again?

    Hmm if the corrupt save is in the cloud and overwrote the local one then you've probably lost the save unfortunately.

    The world probably wasn't saved in the cloud if you lost it. :( Unfortunately there's no way of recovering saves that are not online.
