Halo 5 Cloud gaming coop experience on PC

Hello i'd like to get help considering cloud gaming experience. Firstly some information:

Both me and my coop partner have Ultimate pass

My internet connection is set and working, i've been able to play other titles in cloud gaming and coop with said friend.

I have official Xbox 360 gamepad for PC

I was able to play older titles via Cloud gaming the same day in coop with same friend.

I am having issues with playing Halo 5 Guardians in Coop via Cloud gaming. I am able to launch the game normally to the main menu, play with settings, customize multiplayer avatar, open and buy packs, But when I am trying to create a lobby and play the game with my friend, who also has Ultimate sub we are getting error "Error retrieving data center connection quality information, please try again later".

I have thought to myself that this is just how cloud gaming is right now, it's in beta so i can't expect coop features to work, but we have been able to play gears of war 2 via Cloud Gaming in coop mode, after some minor xbox 360 account issues. I have been looking online for the solution to the problem, but the only topics i have found are from 2016 and unsolved.

I have no idea what's the issue and how to fix it.

like i said, both me and my friend posses ultimate sub -- which means that we have pc pass and console pass, separate not shared account or subscription, each of us have his own account and his own ultimate pass, so we should be able to both play cloud and online, also Halo 5 is console exclusive if we had an option to play it PC we would.

No as cloud gaming is only for the subscriber only and there is no sharing on pc

She would have to play on an xbox console or get her own membership

Ud you install the game rather tgen use cloud if she meets the requirements you can play together

When an issue occurs on cloud gaming, usually, this issue is in the tittle itself on the service. Since the cloud gaming is a stream service, and is still in beta phase, some games could exhibit some bugs in it. Probably that's what is happening there. :/ Try to give it some time, and then try the Halo 5 again later on.

Thete is no coop gaming except for halo mcc on cloud

You need to wait till the developer adds the option

Only one game supports local coop and that thr guest account halo mcc

As cloud requires you to sign in online it's not possible for non subscriber accounts to roam

Your best option other play on your pc if availavble to install or a console
