    This is what you need to achieve to get the helmet:

    Emile's helmet is available as an Avatar Award and is obtained by earning a Bulltrue Medal in either multiplayer or Firefight matchmaking

    Bulltrue Medal -

    Bulltrue is a medal in Halo 3, Halo: Reach, Halo 4, Halo 5: Guardians, and Halo Infinite multiplayer that is awarded when a player kills another player who is in the act of an Energy Sword lunge. The lunge does not necessarily have to be directed at the player who receives the medal; the swordsman can be in the act of lunging at any player. In Halo 3 and Reach it is represented by a brown diamond with a silver outline and a bull's head in the center. In Halo 4 the bull's head is atop a blue circle and grey cross. In Halo 5: Guardians, the bull's head is on top of a brown octagon.

    Are Halo 4 Spartan Ops still available to play on Xbox 360?

    The achievement is listed in Halo MCC on both platforms, it should still be possible to unlock it, but keep in mind that you will no longer receive the helmet you were awarded on Xbox 360 and the gamescore is not the same, in Halo 4 you were given 20 G and in Halo MCC it is only 5 G
