    Halo 5 Can't Retrieve Session Data


    None of my multiplayer matches are counting towards my stats and I am receiving no req points for them either. After every single match I am receiving an error message that my session data could not be retrieved. This is a game-breaking bug and needs to
    be fixed IMMEDIATELY. After the MCC fiasco this just makes Microsoft and 343 look completely inept and incapable of releasing a game that is not completely broken.

    xbox one error "we were unable to get your latest saved data"

    I'm having the same issue too.

    I just installed multiple game on my system (FO4, Tomb raider and Forza 6) along with their respective updates and the halo 5 update. Upon starting any game (even halo 5) I get an error message that the game can't retrieve my data, and gives me an option
    to either try again or go offline.

    It seems I have also ran into this minor error but I was rewarded the req points 2minutes after going to the main menu.

    add: there is nothing to worry about, again it happened but I still got my req award. this is not an game-breaking glitch.

    Hey there No Pants Mac, I would suggest starting by performing what's called a hard reset. Head into Settings then Power & Startup then hit Restart now and see what it does after it reboots.
