Halo 5 cant connect to dedicated server

Hello,

Gt . Im a level 148 player who can no longer get into matches. I get an attention, cant connect to dedicated servers. I have hard reset my xbox and router numberous times. Thought it was a bad disk so bought the digital copy. Also have moved my data
from the external hard drive to internal. Long story short very annoyed that i cant play all of a suden.

First priority please help me fix this, second priority can you refund me for the digital copy?

Actually as I have stated, for any refund requests they can only be made through the refund request form online.

Also, that support number is not a valid number anymore. The only way to contact a live agent is through the call request form:

i recommend you

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

Reset router too and then try to play.

I suggest to try troubleshooting the console's operating system by performing a
soft factory reset and keeping games and apps.

Note: Before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and have a stable internet connection.

Also, all refunds are only made through the refund
request webform as this is our way of having our team review the purchase(s), the reason in asking for the refund, and then of course the decision given.

(Refunds cannot be made with a live agent anymore only online through the Webform)

I love halo and i have bought every single one. I even played Halo CE on Xboxconnect aka online. It was the bomb. I cant wait for Halo 5 with its dedicated servers!

I cant connect to halo 5 servers, error to autorize this profile with halo 5 servers, can't connect to online modes, I have to change my router and open ports and I have the same issue, please help me :'(
