Discus and support Halo 5 Brazil Servers in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi... I know that, like Titanfall, we brazilians have our own dedicated server, this is nice and all, BUT... we NEED acess to other dedicated servers...     Hi... I know that, like Titanfall, we brazilians have our own dedicated server, this is nice and all, BUT... we NEED acess to other dedicated servers around the world, especially with US, like we did in Titanfall... on that game we could change the servers,
    and thats perfect because if there is no one playing titanfall in brazil anymore, only YOU playing it, YOU can change your server and play with other people arround the world that are still playing it... we dont have that option with HALO 5, and some modes
    like warzone and free-for-all are, right now, unplayable here in brazil... because there is no one playing it... I simply cant find any match... at some times I cant even find breakout and swat matchs as well... the only match I can find every time is Team
    Arena... ok so because Im from brazil, and payed a lot more for this game because of our taxes, I cant play online? thats a realy bad move from Halo... you know its not hard to make other servers avaiable for everyone... I hope I get a POSITIVE answer here
    fast, or i can simply change to sony, and I know for a fact that at least there you have acess to servers arround the world (I dont want to do that because I love halo, but if I cant play it then there is no choice left)... its time to evolve microsoft...
    it was there already on titanfall, why taking a HUGE step back this time? havent you learned nothing with MCC? Ill wait a nice reply... TY

    Try a hard reset on the console to clear the cache. Hold the power button on the console down for 10 minutes or until it shuts down completely. Once it is down let it sit for a couple of minutes then power it back up and test to see if the problem is resolved.

    The event was really awful and disorganized, but I doubt that Microsoft is committed to really approach the brazilian xbox gamers. Apparently in Brazil there is no such thing as a Community Manager and a community at all.

    I was at the launch events of Halo 4, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and in that Halo 5 launch event, and it's very noticeable that they aren't doing that events for fans and consumers, but for themselves. Then wonder why the Xbox and Halo community does
    not grow in Brazil. Its a shame to live here and be a gamer, as you do a hard work to buy games and they dont even release it's collector edition here. Xbox Brazil was good in the past, in the Halo Reach times...

    I cant connect to halo 5 servers, error to autorize this profile with halo 5 servers, can't connect to online modes, I have to change my router and open ports and I have the same issue, please help me :'(

    I think that there is some problem currently with Xbox servers. I don't know if it's directly connected, but when I try to access any Xbox.com website there is a error message, so maybe it's a temporary issue.

    A hard reset on your console would be my first thought. It tends to fix most issues. If that doesnt work I would try disconnecting your router and modem and reconnecting them. If after this the issue still persists it is likely either because your region,
    as the halo 5 servers are region locked to certain areas at this point or you may need to contact your service provider about the speed of your internet or your DNS settings.
