    Halo 5 blocked by Sky Broadband Shield


    Anyone with Sky Broadband Shield is unable to play Halo 5 online or sync account before 9pm. This is a shocking state of affairs. No other game i know of is affected this way including 18 rated games like Gears Of War, which i've tested.

    Unable to access EA Access

    I had the same problem but with Halo 5 Guardians. My broadband is with Sky and it turns out it was being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield. I changed the settings in shield to allow halowaypoint.com and it worked!! If you add the address for EA it might solve
    the problem. Good luck!

    I may have a solution, may being the operative word. I have Sky Broadband complete with a safety feature called Sky Broadband shield which blocks Adult/18+ rated content between the hours of 5.30am and 9pm. Yesterday and right now the only time I have gotten
    Halo 5 to work is after the watershed so after all of my "fixes" I think it maybe the broadband not the game.

    Check your broadband for any Adult filters/Parental Controls and see if that may be causing it.

    Are you guys using Sky Broadband at all?

    It's a problem with Sky Shield picking up login.live.com as a phishing site.
