Halo 5 beta this weekend/new apps available

Today Xbox is sending out messages to Preview Program members to gain early access to the Halo 5 MP beta. You will receive 2 codes tomorrow, 1 to download the game and another to gain access. This preview of the beta is from December 19, 2014 - 11:59pm PST
December 21, 2014. The Public launch(not sure if an open beta or not) is scheduled for December 29 - January 18th.



Xbox also launched new apps today, they include

Bravo Now

Vevo

Telemundo

Popcornflix

Cue the 'please invite me threads' - Halo 5 beta this weekend

Seeing as Halo 5 beta is available to us in the preview program from today until Sunday, we are going to see an influx of 'please invite me to the program' threads

Shame that even if we do invite, you still wont get in this weekend isn't it?

 

Anyone else loving all the Holiday content lately??

Almost forgot about the Halo 5 early access beta as well for this weekend...maybe something to kill time before the games of next week get fired up!

Not into multiplayer I doubt I will use my code can I give it to a friend

 

if i accidentally deleted the Preview Program can i still have a code or is it people who have the app

 

Any word on how large the Halo 5 beta is?

 

@Cheesy. You can't sell or give the codes away, any attempt can lead to being excluded from the preview and any future beta's....etc.

 

I got the XBL message for the beta today. I'll be having a Christmas luncheon tomorrow though, so it'll likely download while I'm away since my connection is so slow, then when I get home, I'll play it then.

As for the apps, I've already picked up the Pandora (it's finally here!) app and the Vevo app as well. Can't live life without good music if you ask me.

 

I wasn't invited and non of my friends have it would like on getting and invitation, or a code, if someone would send it to me would be much appreciated.

 

^^^ If you have Halo Master Chief Collection you can get into the beta when it opens on the 29th

 

So now we should be able to snap Vevo or Pandora while gaming?? LOVE IT!!
