Question about preview program Halo 5 Beta access & forums

The early access to the beta is over. Currently there is another beta for Halo 5 but only those who've purchased the game have access to it.

Halo 5 early acces key

Early Access for the Halo 5 multiplayer beta is only for Xbox One Preview members. For all others the beta begins 12/29/14.

Here's the original text from the Preview Dashboard.

"Please note that these token are intended solely for your personal use as a Preview participant. Any attempt to sell, give away, or trade these token will have consequences, up to and including removal from the Preview program and exclusion from future
participation."

So if my friend sent me the code n i downloaded it i can get banned
