Halo 5 Beta Code did not work.

Discus and support Halo 5 Beta Code did not work. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I redeemed my Halo 5 Beta codes and it didnt seem to pop up in my games or apps.     Halo 5 Beta Code did not work.


    I redeemed my Halo 5 Beta codes and it didnt seem to pop up in my games or apps. I've spoken to Xbox Support about it and was directed to post in this forum. Turns out I have redeemed the special invite (Code 2 of 2) and the actual game itself doesnt seemed
    to have worked (Code 1 of 2).

    Sorry to hear it guys. You may be better off posting in the forums at halowaypoint.com though so 343 can address the issue.

    Good idea though, I will also try the 343 forums Halo 5 Beta Code did not work. :D

    Great. Just a quick question though. Did you redeem the codes on the console or on the website? I'm asking because I redeemed both on the website and only the option to download the beta worked. I had to go into the message on the console and redeem
    the 2nd code through the message to get that one to work.
