    Hello, i recently bought the halo 5 edition of the xbox one. All of the codes it came with worked save for one. I put in the code correctly, double even triple checked it. Still getting the "Code not found error"

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, are you missing the code for the Halo 5 game or a different code that was included in the bundle? If you are missing the code for Halo 5 that should have been included in the bundle, you will need to reach
    out to the original purchase retailer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement codes for games included with bundles here in the Support Forums.

    i didn't receive a halo 5 activation code with my bundle

    have been trying to deal with this for over a week, my 14 day xbox live trial is now set to expire and the store won't return my bundle because it's been longer than 14 days. this has been a lengthy/rather annoying process and am tired of not having the
    company help.

    Have you tried redeeming the code on Xbox.com? Click your Gamertag at the top right and select redeem and code and try redeeming it on the website. If you're still not able to redeem that code can you private message me the code to take a quick peek at it?

    Halo: The Master Chief Collection ( little ) problem

    Several people have had issues unlocking the Nightfall armor.

    Check under Customization in Halo 5, some people have said it goes directly to their collections.

    The armor also shows up in Gold REQ packs, so you can unlock it that way as well.
