    Halo 5 and MCC Not Starting


    For the past week and going into this week when I try to launch my digital copy of H5 or MCC a message pops up saying "Please renew your subscription" I have Xbox Live Gold as its set to autorenew. The strange thing is the disc version of both games work,
    its just the digital one that won't work. I tried contacting Xbox Support on Twitter but they ignored me. The issue is still happening even right now, got a few of my friends to try their digital copy and they work just fine. Anyone know whats happening? I
    would put this on the Halo Reddit but I pretty much got extremely rude people on there that got mad over my question.

    I forgot to mention, I am game sharing with one of my friends and he only has MCC now through GamePass, I dont have GamePass, so I can't redownload MCC through digital. Is there a reason why I am seeing this error? It only happens with these two games,
    my other digital games are fine.

    I bought my Xbox One bundled with the Master Chief Collection in 2015, it was always in my "Ready to install" section for a long time, now I don't see it any more, I'm assuming this was updated when Reach was added, but why don't I have access to the game
    any more in that section.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue launching digital version of the game. We recommend to try uninstall and reinstall the game. Instead of installing from disk, install digitally. May be an issue with license. You can also try and

    remove and reinstall your profile    .
