    Halo 5 14-day trail not working


    Hi. So I recently redeemed a 14 day trial of xbox live for Halo 5 and was wondering why it doesn't allow me to play multiplayer... I understand and are fully aware that not all of gold's features are present within trial codes but I do not know what is going
    on with my 14 day code and why I'm not allowed to access mulitiplayer, even though I clearly redeemed the code along with the aknowledging notification saying it has been credited into my account. Pls help. Thx

    14 day trail doesnt work .

    Sometimes the system memory will still think that you do not have gold try power cycling the console by holding down the power button on front of console for about 10 seconds then unplug your console from the power for approximately 1 minute then plug back
    in and that normally clears the memory and allows you to use your gold.

    Hey there,

    Sometimes it can take 24 to 48 hrs for a new Xbox Live Gold trial or subscription to update across all games. Trials are also not able to be stacked, so it's likely the previous trial was still ongoing. Which game are you trying to play and are you seeing
    the issue across any game you play?

    14 day Halo 4 Gold trail.

    yes you do remain silver with 14day cards even 48hour trials

    you only get some multiplayer access

    if you want app or party chat you will need actual paid gold

    not all modes work with 14day trials either

    its possible you have used a trial code previously which will stop another from working
