Halo 5 10$ code hasn't been received yet

I have waited for about a month and have yet to receive the 10$ code. Was wondering if it was dispersed yet?

have not received halo wars definitive edition code

it has been 10 since i pre-ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition and have not received the code for halo wars definitive edition yet. when can i get the code?

 

where's warthog code?

Its been what 3 weeks almost and I still havent received my warthog code for paying halo 5. Forza horizon 3 drops in a couple of days and I still haven't received one. If anyone who sees this works at Microsoft studios or microskft can you send me one I
am getting really angry that I haven't recieved one yet. My account name is can you please send me my code? That's all I ask of you....it's ridiculous how it hasn't shown up yet.
