Halo 4 season pass error

Halo 4 (GOTYE) Season Pass I downloaded the season pass but it marked a error... after solving that issue and finally getting the 3 packs (castle, crimson, majestic) the game itself gave me a message that I was missing all the downloads, but the game not
xbox live and i already tried exactly 18 timed yo redownload again correctly but it just wont work. Any advice ? or what do i need to do ? (Bought the game on 1 jan 14 and downloaded it that day and i been like this since then)

DLC for Halo 4 is missing

You could also check you have the war games season pass itself downloaded, this should appear in your purchase/download history, find it and select download again. Without the season pass DLC Halo 4 will not recognise that you've purchased it and give you
access to the maps. You will of course need to be using the same gamertag you used to redeem the season pass.

If this fails contact Microsoft Support via the below link and they can review your purchase history and ensure that your account is in order.
