they already refused to take it back because i am not a member of sams club, either way with all the problems i am probably never going to buy a halo game again, may even switch to ps3 until my ouya arives, seeing as how horrible xbox's customer support
is, the only way to contact them seems to be by mailing them, and i am not even sure that will work, but if i dont get a reply in the next month to my letter i am switching just because of the customer support.

Make sure the disc is clean first. Next You have to connected to the internet and logged into xbox live. if this does not work clear the Blu-rays persistent storage in setting -> disc & Blu-ray -> blu-ray settings. Then to a hard power cycle. This
seamed to work the other day when I helped someone else.

I have the exact same problem. My brother and I share an account and he has XBL Gold and I don't. He beat it on normal online. I beat it on legendary offline and I got the achievement and stuff. Note: we have separate Xboxes. I connected to Xbox Live so
I could get the Mark VI armor and stuff. My Xbox said that I played the game last on a different system and it changed all the settings back to the last time it was played online. I beat it solo on legendary and then connected to XBL and now it's all gone.
Kind of a pain :/ but I'm gonna try to beat the levels on easy and see if it updates.
