Halo 4: Limited Edition Infinity Actual Kit is not working

So a couple days ago, I pot in my Halo 4 Disk to be welcomed by an error message in the home screen of the game.

"Unable to Validate: Make sure you are connected to Xbox Live and have the war games pass downloaded."

I was connected to Xbox Live, and I DID have the War Games Map Pass downloaded, since I downloaded it from the Limited Edition Halo.

So I do a little research and it turns out to solve this problem, I need to go to my account's download history, and check for an Infinity Actual Kit (which i was supposed to have downloaded since i downloaded from the limited edition), but there is no such
thing in my download history.

All i have in my account's download history related to Halo 4 are the 3 map packs which I was supposed to have(but wasn't recognized), and a few other avatar items that i got from the limited edition download slip for all those DLCs.

At the moment, the error message comes up every time i boot up halo, the map packs along with the Armour ad emblems which i got with the download slip are also not recognized.

I hope I gave all required information, and if more is required, just ask me through the forums.

Any response that helps would be appreciated, and please do respond, as i need help ASAP.

Halo 4 Specializations and Armor (Limited edition) Do not show up

Hi USMvDebonaire.... I am also from India....I purchased the Halo 4 limited Edition and downloaded the Infinity Actual Kit....But the Recruit Prime Skins are not visible...I tried clearing the system cache..redownloading the infinity actual kit...but nothing
seems to work....it seems like the game is not detecting the Infinity actual kit...Now i m worried whether i could download the map packs that come in the future...Hope Microsoft and 343 look into this issue as soon as possible...otherwise its a lot of money
going down the drain for choosing the limited edition...

 

Halo 4:Limited Edition Infinity Actual Kit not getting detected.

I have the Halo 4: Limited Edition. I have downloaded the Infinity Actual Kit by keying in the code. But in the game I am not able to see the Recruit Prime Armor or the in game Emblems. I am not talking about the specialization as I am aware they unlock
only after SR 50. Now I am worried whether the game would recognize the Infinity Actual Kit for future Map packs. I have tried reinstalling the Infinity Actual kit and clearing system cache. None have worked so far.

 

Hey, BurningSwag44! The Infinity Actual Kit is all of the content that came with the Limited Edition disc. You will want to download everything that came with the LE set; this will be the map pass, the 3 map packs and any avatar items. If they are already
downloaded, remove them from the hard drive,
clear the cache on the console, and then do a power cycle. After that, download everything back onto the console.

Tried that... didn't work. I got on hold with Microsoft Support, and so far I had removed all Halo 4 content, deleted my profile from my Xbox, cleared its cache, turned it off for about 2-3 minutes, an d also removed the Xbox hard drive right after i turned
it off. After 2-3 minutes, i put the hard drive back in, turned on my Xbox, re downloaded my profile and all maps, and booted up the game, still to find myself with the error message.

Any more solutions would be helpful, and thanks for the response.

 

When you downloaded the maps, did you also download all the avatar items? I want to make sure it's all clear what steps you took before we continue.

 

The avatar items were working fine. I had no problem accessing them. It is just the maps and content in-game that were not working.

 

Because the steps I found included the Avatar items to resolve this issue, I suggest following the detailed steps I provided above to try to resolve this. You will want to remove everything related to the LE content, and then redownload it after clearing
the cache and power cycling the console.

Once you confirm you have attempted all of that, then we will see what our next steps are. Thanks!
