    Hello. I was wondering something. One of my Halo 4 controllers was chewed up pretty good by my dog. I chatted with support and the person (who really did not sound like he new his job) said they could not guarantee me the same controller if sent in to get
    fixed.

    any ideas? can i get the same one?

    Sorry but no one on here will be able to answer that. Only phone support would be able to say one way or the other. However, considering Halo 4 is fairly old now I'm not entirely sure if the controller would be covered for repairs anymore.
