The type of cheating:

Tampering with the internet connections and game speed of all players Constantly throughout the entire match. Shifting around in location on the map from one point to the next , instantly, and seemingly at will.

Next, they were all moving at rapid speed across the map back and forth, many times the normal speed of any player not using mods and cheating. Another mod they all had was a double damage, rapid fire mod that would kill in just two, even one shot anywhere
it would hit you even if it missed. Finally , another mod I noticed on the "kill cam" kill replay is that they have a red arrow on top of all opponent players, so that is definitely modding.

Doing it in a Microsoft game it won't take them long to be caught.

File a complaint against the person sending the message. But to be honest, chances are they are just looking to see if you would send them MSP then actually being able to host a modded lobby.

Another mod they had in that match, which I forgot to put, is a mod where they jump up and behind you when you are behind or near them, close enough to do it, and it initiates the animation and process of doing a rear assassination where the player jumps
on your back and kills you. The player X2pac notoriousx did this at least two times.

 

I just played a match on the map "Haven" in Team Slayer against a team of players using mods.

The type of mods they had were weapon mods, especially the player "Blaisanthor" who had a covalent carbine that kills you in 2 or 3 shots, even if it misses. Another weapon mod that I got killed by was a sniper mod that shot me and killed me after I moved
behind a wall for cover. A third type of mod is a type of dodging and evading mod that instantly moves the cheating player away from your point of fire in real time , and enables them to avoid the damage of much of your shots, as they move side to side instantly.
I was killed by a player doing this when I had a Saw weapon and began shooting first, yet dying after I got the player using a BR. No Way is that legit and not using mods. Their other weapons were all also nodded to do damage when they miss, shoot at a faster
rapid-fire rate, and even double or triple the damage.
