Halo 4 in 2021- “You appear to have lost your connection to Xbox Live.”

I am having a similar issue but with Halo Reach. The daily challenges won't show up, my customizations to my character don't show up in the game and my service record won't download. Connected to xbox live though

Weird. I don’t think many people play these Games on Xbox 360 anymore. Most of them are playing through the Xbox One emulators and probably don’t have this issue. There are literally only a handful of us that would have this problem because less than 100 people average play halo 4 per day. So I doubt they’ll fix it. I’m going to boot up my Xbox one and see if I can’t play it through there.

I recommend you try a
Power cycle and make sure you are connected to a network source.

Should there still be issues, please try to uninstall the games and re-install them.

I have the same problem. Halo 4 used to work fine up to a few weeks ago. I either get disconnected from Live altogether or I get the message that says "You appear to have lost your connection to xbox live" but I'm still connected. I've also tried all the
"standard" xbox live solutions with no result. Please assist!!!

Also - was able to get a hold of a COD: Black Ops game as well, and the live works fine on there. This is really aggravating.
