    Hi everyone!

    A few weeks ago, i bought a CD with Halo 4 for Xbox 360. Two days ago, when i wanted to play Halo 4's campaign , it gives me an error : "The game failed to start for an unknown reason". This happened suddenly.

    Please help me.

    Hello their, I will be helping you out today. So a few things I need to ask is, did you buy the game new? Did the game come with the paper that's on the left hand side of the cd's and 3 did you try dealting the game off your Xbox? And last one, how old is

    Go to support then contact us and there is a tab for games, select Halo 4 and there are various methods given to contact support directly. Let them know and I hope you get that resolved! :)
