    Halo 4 Achievements Not Unlocking


    I completed the Halo 4 campaign on legendary on co-op but did not unlock the two achievements that go along with it, "I Need a Hero" and "The Legend of 117". The person I played with unlocked both the achievements, and I played with them the entire
    time through. It shows up in my Halo 4 service record that I completed the campaign on legendary, and I got the commendations and armor unlocks that go along with completing it.

    Achievements have not unlocked still since day one

    This is getting really tiresome. Now Forerunner Halo 4 achievement not unlocking. Seriously, why is this still occurring?

    Halo 4 Achievements Not Unlocking

    Could there be an issue with you perhaps joining in on a checkpoint rather than starting a mission? Also, check the missions screen and check to see the highest difficulty completed on co-op. If one mission doesn't show, that is the mission you need to replay!

    I played through the entire campaign with a friend. I'm thinking the game may have glitched sometime during the play-through, because he got the achievements, and I didn't. Again, it shows in my service record that I completed the game on legendary.

    Try going to the mission select screen, and swipe through the missions to see what each one says your highest difficulty completion is.

    As Mk Anthony said, the issue is most likely the game not registering you completing a mission, due to not being present at the mission start.

    all of my achievements still not unlocking

    I'm also having trouble with achievements not unlocking. I've played though Halo 5: Guardians to the end of the story on normal and unlocked no achievements, and have unlocked no achievements in Assassin's Creed: Unity despite being in Sequence 4. There
    is also an achievement in Destiny that hasn't unlocked which should have, although Destiny's achievements have always been pretty glitchy.

    Broken Achievements - Been Waiting a Week+ for Proper Unlocks, Achievements Stopped Again Tonight

    I'm having the exact same issue so I'll add my achievement to the list:

    I'm waiting on the "Halo" achievement from Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

    It should have unlocked on November 11. Sometime in the afternoon (around 3 or 4 EST). Showing as 100% complete and "Done! Unlocking..." in my Achievements App on my Xbox One.

    Halo 4 achievements glitched

    When i look at your account/achievments, It says that you havent unlocked those achievments. As of right now, your total achievment points for halo 4 is 260. I added all your halo 4 achievments up and it does in fact come to 260. My advice, delete the Crimson
    Map Pack, clear your cache, then redownload the Crimson Map Pack. Also, you must be playing in the "Crimson Map Pack DLC" playlist on matchmaking. The achievments wont unlock in Infinity slayer, capture the flag, etc..etc..
