Halo 4 360 320GB Turning itself off/on

Iv'e had my exclusive Halo 4 360 for slightly over a year now, and for whatever reason it turns itself off/on continuously.

I recently had this problem occur in the Summer of 2013, and sent it in November for repairs to Microsoft. They ended up sending it back to me, saying there were no problems with the 360. I for whatever reason then had no problems with it for 2 months or
so, and just yesterday it started doing it again. I will turn it on, and it will shut itself off within 5 minutes, and sometimes even turn itself on. No none of my remotes are doing so, I only have wired controllers at the moment and they are not plugged in.
It is very frustrating seeing how the warranty is no longer valid for this. I have tried everything, swapping power adapaters ( they seem to be fine, always either a green light or a yellow light), switching electrical outlets (3 different ones in the househould)
and is definitely not overheating (it's not warm, and leaving it sit over night and turning it back on results in the same thing).

I will admit at one point in the househould we did have cockroaches, which are now dwindling, I do clean my 360 out with compressed air from time to time as well.

Can anyone help me with this?

You maybe should return your console as these sounds might be played:

Cleaning the console out with compressed air may be causing the issue. It's not recommended to do so.

Also, when you say you tried different plugs are you using a power bar? If so, try plugging it directly into the wall socket.

 

Yeah I have currently plugged it into 1 power strip and 2 actual outlets to no avail.

I would like to also note that I have only used the air AFTER this started happening.

 

If it's turning itself off and on like that and you started using the air after the fact then perhaps it's a short in the system in which case you should see about sending it in for a repair.

I have sent it in for repair before, and they said there was nothing wrong with it.
