Halo 3 ODST: Redemption of MCC code

Hello,

I was elligible to receive, but have no idea whether I ever got, the code to get Halo 3 ODST and the Halo 2 anniversary map as part of the MasterChief collection early this year. I pre-ordered the game and played it fairly often for the first few months
after I got it (and hence fell foul of the multiple issues it had...).

I'd very much appreciate it if I could have the code re-issued. Any questions let me know,

Halo MCC ODST redemption code

I never used the redemption code for the free download of Halo ODST for playing the Halo MCC within the first month or so of release. The message with the code has long since been purged, is there any way/chance of getting that redemption code back?

 

Halo ODST code

I never received my redemption code for Halo: ODST. I fit the criteria from the MCC launch and have the email, but no code in my messages.
