Witam.

Niestety zakupiony przeze mnie produkt HALO 3: ODST nie działa na mojej konsoli. Posiadam aktywny XGP, zainstalowany w całości pakiet Halo: MCC wraz z zakupionym DLC i cały czas wyświetla mi komunikat "BRAK
ZAWARTOŚCI" (ODST).

Reinstalowałem cały pakiet MCC, restartowałem konsolę, wykonałem prawie wszystkie kroki wg pomocy technicznej (nie przywracałem ustawień fabrycznych konsoli i nie instalowałem gry na dysku zewnętrznym) i
nadal ten sam komunikat. Wszystkie pozostałe gry działają bez problemu w tym cały pakiet MCC.

W czym tkwi problem?

Unfortunately, the HALO 3: ODST product I purchased is not working on my console. I have an active XGP, installed the entire Halo: MCC package along with the purchased DLC, and it all the time displays the message "no content " (ODST).

Reinstalowałem the entire MCC package, restarted the console, did almost all the steps by technical support (I did not restore the console factory settings and did not installed the game on the external drive) and still the same message. All other games work
without a problem including the entire MCC package.

I loved Halo 3: ODST.

And as others have said I would play in order Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, ODST, and Reach whenever.

In addition to the answers of my colleagues, I recommend you try to uninstall the game or the DLC and install it again, if possible also restart your console, this method tried twice and I worked to

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue. I would like to clarify a bit you didn't process out the soft factory reset on the console and you did not uninstall the game or you did? I believe my translator is messing up
a bit so I do apologize for that.

Also, have you been able to try to play the game through a different account if possible? Or have you tried to access this maybe through a different console?

Thank you for your answer. I processed out the soft factory reset on the console. I uninstalled the game several times, but I don"t installed the game on external hard drive. I tryed different account also, but I can't use another console.
