Hi,

I was previously issued a free download code for Halo 3 ODST but never got round to downloading it. Now I have realised it has been deleted from my xbox messages.. I have just been on chat support who have advised to post here to recover my messages?

I'm currently in the same boat. I recently bought a new copy (having sold my original months ago) and have realized that the code I was issued has been automatically deleted, as I didn't redeem it in time (didn't know they expire). I imagine that because
it was an official Xbox Live message, that they're archived. Is there any way to pull it up and resend the code?
