Halo 3 ODST code deleted/not received?

Hi, I was redirected here by support for this.

I had taken a break from xbox for a while during the summer and I had received an email for the ODST promotion, but when I checked my messages it had either been deleted or I never received it at all. I'd like to find out about receiving a new code for it.

I accidently deleted my code to redeem Halo 3: ODST. Is there anyway I can restore the message, or somehow get a new code? Thank you.

 

Halo 3 ODST MCC

I have played the Master Chief Collection at the release day and heard that i get Halo 3 odst free. Since i havent logged in for a long time all my messages have been deleted. Can i have a new Code for halo 3 odst for the Master Chief Collection please?

 

The halo odst promo was only if you played halo mcc before christmas and you received the msg around spring

There was no other promos for that summer wouldve been too late

 

I owned and played Halo MCC from launch, I have achievements for it on the night of release.
