    My account is and my service record used to be 4500 for 5000 games but after I was cheated it is over 120,000.... I want the enforcment team to restore my account back to where it was. I also was modded so I cannot gain exp or levels.

    Very frustrating. Its has been almost 3 days and nothing has been done to fix my account.

    JTAG = Ban?

    I had a friend modding maps online using a Jtag and he never modded online games,just made modded custom maps.Could he get banned just for making modded maps on Halo 3?

    My Gamerscore got reset for no reason!!

    this happened about november 2010, after setting up an account i played halo 3 and halo 3 ODST and earned a bundle of achievements, about a week later my gamerscore went to 0g!! and labelled me as a cheater, i have no experience in "hacking" or "modding"
    and i have no idea why someone would do something like this, it really upsets me, since then i have earned 4545g but i cant earn any for halo 3 or halo 3 ODST someone help as its driving me crazy!!

    Sorry, but support sent you here with some incorrect information. The enforcement team do not read/post in these forums. They only post in the suspension/bannings forums to tell people why they have been suspended/banned. It is not possible to contact them
    otherwise.

    They also do not handle game specific resets. You would have to contact the developer.

    Also, you should not post your email address or reference numbers on the forums.
